Our London office houses a small reference library with selected materials on British history and culture. Researchers and clients are welcome to visit by prior arrangement.
The building is located near Oxford Circus station, with step-free access available via the rear entrance. Please inform us of any accessibility requirements when scheduling your visit.
We recommend allowing at least 90 minutes for consultations conducted at our office, as this provides adequate time for detailed discussion and access to reference materials.
Timelines vary based on scope. Simple consultations can be arranged within a week, while comprehensive research reports typically require two to four weeks. Complex projects involving multiple archives may take longer. We provide estimated timelines during our initial assessment.
Absolutely. A significant portion of our clients are based outside the UK. We conduct all consultations via video conference and deliver reports electronically. Time zone differences are accommodated where possible.
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and PayPal. Corporate clients may request invoicing with net-30 terms subject to approval. Payment terms are outlined in our service agreements.
